Combine municipal, regional, EU, private, sponsorship, and phased project funding.
Build capacity
Coordinate trades, owners, associations, schools, professionals, and volunteers.
Maintain results
Protect improvements with cleaning, lighting, stairs, routes, monitoring, and care.
