myguardia.com is an independent civic proposal website. It does not sell personal data, does not run advertising trackers, and is not intended to collect personal information except when someone chooses to send a message through the contact form.

Contact form

If you use the contact form, the site asks for your name, email address, and message. This information is used only to receive and respond to your message about Guardia Sanframondi 2035. The receiving email address is stored privately on Cloudflare and is not published on the website.

Services used

• Cloudflare hosts the website and may process normal technical traffic data such as IP address, browser, and request logs for security and delivery.
• Resend sends contact-form emails to the private receiving inbox.
• Google Places / Maps may provide business listing data for the Food & Wine directory. The website requests this through a server-side function where possible.
• YouTube is used for project videos. The site uses click-to-play video previews so YouTube is not fully loaded until a visitor chooses to play a video.

Cookies and local storage

The site does not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, advertising cookies, or marketing trackers. It may use browser local storage to temporarily remember public Food & Wine listing data so the page loads faster. This is not used to identify visitors.

Your choices

You can use most of the website without sending personal information. If you do not want to share your name, email, or message, do not use the contact form. You can also block third-party media or clear browser storage using your browser settings.
